Do you want to work with essential infrastructure and contribute to ensuring that the residents of Gislaveds municipality have access to clean water around the clock? We are now looking for a dedicated, organized, practical, and responsible worker for our water and sewage operations.

The water and sewage unit (VA) is responsible for the municipality's water and sewage facilities, including water treatment plants, sewage treatment plants, and pumping stations. You will be part of a competent and helpful team working for a safe and sustainable water supply.

Responsibilities

• Operation, supervision, and maintenance of water and sewage facilities
• Troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance
• Excavation and ground works
• Piping in the ground
• Documentation in operational journals and digital systems
• Contact with contractors and property owners
• On-call duty may be required as needed

Qualifications

• Experience in water and sewage, land/construction, or similar technical work
• Driving license B

Meritorious

• Experience in the operation of water and sewage facilities
• Machine or vehicle qualifications
• Education in water and sewage, control technology, or excavation
• IT and documentation skills
